Spring, Spring, Spring.

Spring is lovely til my allergy medicine wears off and screws me over. We seem to be approaching the spring season, and not only am I spotting the cherry blossoms every where.. but my nose is beginning to itch, my throat is getting sore, and I'm sneezing none stop. Faaaack... Meds don't last me too long, and i'm always grumpy cause of it. Grr whhhhy spring? why do you hate me so much??? Apart from my horrific, unbearable allergies, spring is a wonderful season, perfect weather (when it's not raining of course).. and I'm pretty excited to see Mr. Sun a lot more often. :)

More Olympic FUN!

Friday nights downtown during the Olympics are out of this world insane,

like nothing I have ever seen before... and I'm not exactly saying it's that much of a great thing..

WAAAAAAAAY too crowded, soooo crowded that It wouldn't be possible to put into words.

I literally thought at one point that the world was ending, no joke.

All in all I had a blast while it lasted, took a few pics, and enjoyed the Canadian pride & spirit.

Vancouver 2010 Olympics.

It has been crazy in vancity this past week! So many proud canadians every where!

If you haven't already gone downtown, GO GO GO!

It is incredible being a part of such amazing spirit.

Also we went to the Russian house at Science World, which was also pretty amazing!

My Dad is Russian, so he was soooo ecstatic. I know he is still so proud of being canadian, even if he is routing for Russia, haha :)

Why hate?

Why do people have to be so mean? Especially girls.

Why can't we all just support and love each other?

Instead of relating to one another we create drama and hostility, why is that?

Why do we judge? Why do we hurt our fellow females? Why do we wish hate upon one another?

Why are we jealous? Why not supportive?

It saddens me to see people like this. People wishing terrible things.

People criticizing. People forgetting that we are all one. Christ created all of us as brother and sisters. Personally, I know I have hurt people, I have judged, I have created drama, I have been a vicious teenage girl, I have been there, and am guilty of it all. But only because I was/am insecure. Only because hurting someone else was to mask the hurt and self hatred I had created for myself. I am positive that that is the key reason to why people want to hurt each other so much. We can change this! Ask yourself, is it worth it? Is it worth scarring someones heart and soul with your words? Is it worth giving up your own salvation??

As Christ said...

Luke 6:31 "Do unto others as you would have them do to you."

Therefore if you yourself want to be judged, criticized, and hurt... then knock yourself out.

Who would truly want that?

I'm just not sure anyone would.

Saint Valentine's Day.

I'm not one to get too excited about Valentine's Day, it's too commercialized??... Plus I'm sure things have changed... it's not like the holidays are about what they were intended to symbolize years ago anyway... and usually every V-day I'm all alone. This year I decided that V-day doesn't have to be about boyfriends, husbands, or crushes. It can be about God, family, friends, and/or other loved ones in your life! So, if you're feeling down, DON'T.. because there is someone out there that loves you! And just cause its not your prince charming this year, doesn't mean that he won't come around next year. So love the one's you love right now and be thankful!

Go Canada Go!

Yesterday the Vancouver 2010 Olympics began, and I could not have been more proud.

All of last evening I was bawling with joy as the Canada team arrived carrying the Olympic torch! The fact I am alive during this amazing time makes me incredibly happy. I am part of history!

I love Canada (especially my home Vancouver) , and it's beautiful people, it's culture and peace. Make us proud out there team, we're all rooting for you!!! GO CANADA GOOOO!!!

Wednesday, you make me sleepy.

Today was a great day, spent my morning with dad, ate breakfast, had our heart to heart.. (which almost never happens)... So i guess today was special.

Finally bought "the last song" by Nicholas Sparks, and I'm so incredibly stoked to read it... and SOOO prepared to cry! :) I will keep you posted! I also took some macbook photos while killing time before meeting up with Jen.

Bedtime for me, I am pooped.. need.. sleep..

Yessss, Megan Foxxxxy! The hottie of our time, at least I think she is...

honestly I don't think people can get enough of her, she's such a babe.. Men want her, women want to be her!

Truthfully, I get a lot of comments and statements of people saying I look like her, or I resemble her... TRUTHFULLY, like TRUUUUTHFULLY, i do not think we look a like.. in detail of course. Besides the fact we have similar eyebrows and hair.. I don't see it. Which is fine though, I am totally not complaining.. she, in my eyes, is the hottest woman out there... and I'm completely flattered to be compared to her, even if it's just the slightest bit. So thanks yallz. & keep it coming if you wish haha. I love Megan Fox. :)

About a year ago I came across a song by Kate Earl called Melody, the only song I had ever heard of hers, and It has been one of my favorite songs to this day! Today I ended up listening to her new self titled album, and fell in complete la la love. Omgosh her sound is so soothing to my ears.. ah! it's almost unexplainable how great it is... I feel like it's not necessarily mainstream or conventional music, which i like a lot. Take a listen to the album... if you're into different sounds, then I'm positive you will enjoy it.

Also I have been listening to so much Adele, it's insane.

I love her so much. She is truly one of a kind.
