Go Canada Go!

Yesterday the Vancouver 2010 Olympics began, and I could not have been more proud.

All of last evening I was bawling with joy as the Canada team arrived carrying the Olympic torch! The fact I am alive during this amazing time makes me incredibly happy. I am part of history!

I love Canada (especially my home Vancouver) , and it's beautiful people, it's culture and peace. Make us proud out there team, we're all rooting for you!!! GO CANADA GOOOO!!!

Let it snow!

Yippee! First snow fall of the year. Finally... I was a little worried we weren't gonna get snow this year! Looks like the winter Gods never fail here in Vancity. I know a lot of people hate the snow, walking in it especially, but I kinda love it.. even when it's absolutely freezing cold. It's all about the spirit of Christmas anyway, and you can't have Christmas without snow. Sorry, but you just can't. Lets hope it'll last till then... I'll pray for lots this year! :D
